Oversee project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive reporting for complex initiatives.
Ensure project execution aligns with agreed scope, budget, and quality standards, while meeting client objectives.
Supervise overall project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Oversee project documentation, including submittals, change orders, reporting, and contract closeout.
Provide centralized coordination for project interdependencies and cross-functional teams.
Lead project audits related to safety, quality, progress, and financial performance.
Manage communications with internal stakeholders, clients, regulatory agencies, and public entities as needed.
Ensure project quality through adherence to QA/QC protocols and company safety standards.
