    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Assistant Executive Director/ Hospitality Services Director</strong> at <strong>Sagewood at Daybreak</strong> is responsible for driving resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial and process management, strategic planning and implementation in coordination with the Executive Director.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Tuesday-Saturday</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sagewood at Daybreak:</strong> https://www.kiscoseniorliving.com/lifestyle/sagewood/</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the Executive Director to meet and exceed community goals including Resident Loyalty, Associate Engagement and financial performance targets</li>\n <li>Supervise Resident Relations department and additional departments as assigned</li>\n <li>Hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates </li>\n <li>Identify and develop talent for future succession opportunities</li>\n <li>Support community business planning and forecasting</li>\n <li>Manage operations based on occupancy and financial targets </li>\n <li>Lead community projects, committees, and continuous improvements</li>\n <li>Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty </li>\n <li>Drive adoption of Kisco’s software systems, resources and tools</li>\n <li>Responsible to identify, benchmark and leverage best practices in the industry</li>\n <li>Understand and support the community sales process</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree </li>\n <li>Minimum of 3-5 years’ management experience over a team of asssociates in health care, senior living or related field</li>\n <li>Proven track record leading results driven teams with an emphasis on financial and operational performance, customer and associate engagement</li>\n <li>Experience working with seniors highly desirable</li>\n <li>Master’s degree a plus</li>\n <li>Must be open to relocate in up to 2 of Kisco’s other cluster markets: Raleigh, Northern California, Southern California, Maryland/DC</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
