    "description": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br />\r\nUnder the direction and supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Trades Supervisor, the Facilities Maintenance II- Electrical position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and will undertake and be responsible for the completion of routine and special projects as assigned. They shall complete their assignments to the best of their abilities, offer suggestions to improve job efficiency and quality, and keep in mind the best interests of the Direct and of fellow employees.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong><br />\r\nBased on project requirements, may instruct part-time or full-time maintenance staff as assigned. Will work in a cooperative manner with the managers and technicians of facilities as well as the Facilities and Parks Maintenance Departments.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong><br />\r\nInclude, but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Primary Functions</strong><br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Skilled electrical work installing, maintaining, and repairing facility and park electrical systems and components.&nbsp;<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Inspect, repair, construct and clean all facility and park amenities.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Repair and painting of all facilities and equipment.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Set up and maintain aquatic areas and activities; pools, beaches, and boating facility.<br />\r\n<strong>Marginal Functions</strong><br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain all equipment and hand tools used.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Attend seminars and workshops to provide for professional<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;growth.
