          "text": "<p><strong>Construction &amp; Site Management key responsibility</strong></p><ul><li>Lead day-to-day construction activities for MV substations, solar PV, and BESS projects;</li><li>Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site;</li><li>Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning activities;</li><li>Ensure construction aligns with IFC drawings, specifications, and approved methods;</li><li>Enforce site safety programs, toolbox talks, and HSE compliance;</li><li>Monitor field team from inspectors and site supervisors (utility portfolio);</li><li>Perform procurement activities;</li><li>Prepare requried permits;</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Cost Control</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage construction schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project);</li><li>Track progress, productivity, and milestones;</li><li>Review contractor invoices, change orders, and claims;</li><li>Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures;</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee MV equipment installation (switchgear, transformers, protection systems);</li><li>Supervise grounding, bonding, trenching, duct banks, and foundations activities;</li><li>Manage solar PV installation (racking, modules, inverters, DC and AC systems);</li><li>Oversee BESS installation (containers, PCS, transformers, fire protection, controls);</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, and energization activities;</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Utility Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Act as primary on-site point of contact with clients, utilities, and authorities;</li><li>Coordinate with utilities such as Hydro One and local distribution companies;</li><li>Manage ESA inspections, permits, and close-out documentation;</li><li>Lead site meetings and issue clear construction reports;</li></ul><p><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Implement project-specific Quality Plans;</li><li>Conduct inspections, deficiency tracking, and punch lists;</li><li>Ensure compliance with: OESC, CSA, IEEE, IEC standards. Utility standards and project specifications;</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for as-built drawings and turnover packages.</li></ul>",
