font-weight: bold\">ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES | THE WHAT &amp; THE HOW</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Project Planning &amp; Delivery</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Define and drive project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove blockers proactively.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Budget &amp; Commercial Oversight</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Partner with the Project Director and Finance to manage project budgets.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Ensure efficient resource utilisation and alignment with financial targets.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA).</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Provide guidance and structure to ensure delivery consistency.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Governance</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Deliver accurate, standardised weekly project reporting.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Maintain transparency with clients and internal leadership.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Escalate risks and issues appropriately to the Project Director and Head of Operations &amp; Delivery.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp; Issue Management</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Implement structured risk management practices to minimise disruption.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Embed quality practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- 7+ years’ experience managing complex software development projects.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Strong experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall).</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including risk management.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- Experience in data-driven reporting and performance tracking.</span></p>",
