    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><p><strong>Overview:&nbsp;</strong>The Custodian performs several janitorial services tasks which might include clearing away garbage, dusting, and cleaning floors or carpets, while ensuring all areas are safe.</p><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Must be 18-years of age at time of hire.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license (<strong>preferred</strong>).</li><li dir=\"auto\">Must be able to pass a federal background screening process.</li></ul><p><strong>Fundamental/Essential Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Cleans, dust mop, sweep, mop and vacuum floors.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Cleans, empties, replenish bags, &amp; service trash cans.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintains outside entrances areas, including sweeping debris.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Spot clean carpet.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintains removable (area and throw) rugs.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintain stairways, elevators and handicap lifts.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Record services performed. Tracks and orders cleaning &amp; paper supplies.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Cleans windows.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Dusts light and heavy furnishing and fixture.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Cleans, sanitizes and restocks supplies for: Restrooms, Toilet &amp; Urinals Areas, Locker Rooms including showers, with the ability to detail clean toilets, urinals &amp; sinks as required.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Cleans water fountains.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no deficiencies.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Effective communication skills.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Any/all (related) duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>H&amp;S Resources Corporation is an EO Employer -- Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.</em></strong></p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
