Successfully handle high volume inbound and outbound customer service calls Meet sales and upselling metrics monthly Set appointments with customers in regards to HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Water, Electrical and more Multi task between different departments and stakeholders Work in multiple applications and duel screens - fast paced environment Respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable Handle some payments,refunds, and related customer inquiries Qualifications Do I have What it Takes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 2-years call center experience required 1 year of sales experience required Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications Experience with Service Titan is a plus. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed. Must be able to work on site, Remote only positions are not available at this time. Must be able to type 35 WPM.
