We are looking for a proactive and reliable maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining high community standards and leading day-to-day maintenance operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include</strong>:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 100+ unit apartment community</li><li>Complete and manage resident service requests in a timely manner</li><li>Lead unit turns and make-ready process for vacant apartments</li><li>Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality work</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections</li><li>Maintain pool areas, grounds, landscaping, and common areas in a clean and organized condition at all times</li><li>Ensure strong curb appeal and community presentation standards are consistently maintained</li><li>Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues</li><li>Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets</li><li>Ensure OSHA and safety compliance standards are met</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed</li></ul>",
