Location: Downey, CA Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr. DOE Beach Front Property Management is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a well-maintained conventional apartment community located in the Downey, CA area. Join a growing property management company that values strong leadership, resident satisfaction, property presentation, and long-term team growth. We are looking for a proactive and reliable maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining high community standards and leading day-to-day maintenance operations. Responsibilities Include : Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 100+ unit apartment community Complete and manage resident service requests in a timely manner Lead unit turns and make-ready process for vacant apartments Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality work Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections Maintain pool areas, grounds, landscaping, and common areas in a clean and organized condition at all times Ensure strong curb appeal and community presentation standards are consistently maintained Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets Ensure OSHA and safety compliance standards are met Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed
