Below are the preferred skills, duties, and responsibilities you will have performing as our<strong> Inventory Coordinator.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The function of the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring correct inventory transactions within the software system and aligning that with appropriate part placement for physical storage. Fulfilling all inventory and material coordination while controlling inventory accuracy to achieve maximum throughput and on time delivery to services and customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Availability to work (7am-3:15pm) 1st shift</strong></li><li>Required: Minimum of 1 year experience in a position that includes inventory control and shipping/receiving of materials in an industrial setting.</li><li>Required: Ability to organize and count parts, using scales for weight counting as well as above average math skills for hand counting parts.</li><li>Preferred: The Inventory Coordinator must have a high level of competence with other office computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Infor.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent visual perception to ensure fine detail for part identification.</li><li>Full physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and maneuver around equipment and job stations.</li><li>Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks according to priority.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving, documenting, and monitoring all sales orders and inventory control</li><li>Inventory accuracy, control, records, and protection of goods in inventory</li><li>Validate content to order and securely package orders for shipment.</li><li>Communicating with the area leadership on priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Responding in a timely fashion to inventory enquiries</li><li>Stocking levels and cycle counting to ensure inventory is accurate, in conjunction with using FIFO (first in first out) system.</li><li>Representation of the company with external contacts including customer relations and vendor relations.</li><li>Following all ATF and LMT requirements and processes for inventory control, lot-out, and processing</li><li>Certain tasks require the use of pallet jacks or fork trucks.
