Our Mail Order and Closed-Door Specialty Pharmacy might be a great fit for you!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary-145K</strong></p>\n<p><strong>                                                             </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sign on Bonus : $5,000.00</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Fulfillment Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing production-related pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting fulfillment accuracy and efficiency. This role focuses on PV2 verification, quality assurance, and operational oversight within the pharmacy fulfillment environment. The pharmacist collaborates with technicians and leadership to maintain workflow integrity and ensure safe, compliant dispensing practices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>100% Onsite in Charlestown, IN</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Clinical Management – </strong>managing patient care by coordinating with an integrated team of health care providers, assessing clinical data, and optimizing therapy to ensure appropriateness and safety of medication use through evidence‐based medicine, and to promote and monitor adherence and persistency.</li>\n <li><strong>Fulfillment – </strong>Coordinating the processing, distribution, and delivery of referrals while maintaining product integrity, managing inventory of specialty medications, following up with patients to ensure that they receive medications, and billing for services rendered.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing and production quotas. </li>\n <li>Perform PV2 verification of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. </li>\n <li>Conduct quality assurance reviews of dispensed medications and packaging processes. </li>\n <li>Ensure the pharmacy remains compliant with all accreditation standards and applicable DEA, FDA, NABP, URAC, and Board of Pharmacy regulations. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with Fulfillment Leadership and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure adherence to workflow, safety protocols, and delivery schedules. </li>\n <li>Support training and performance development of pharmacy personnel as needed. </li>\n <li>Maintain oversight of pharmacy documentation, including prescription records, SOPs, and compliance logs. </li>\n <li>Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections. </li>\n <li>Identify and escalate operational issues or compliance risks. </li>\n <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all inclusive.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.</li>\n <li>Current unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in good standing with the State of Indiana (or applicable state).</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in fulfillment or production operations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy compliance, PV2 verification, and regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in applicable pharmacy practice area </li>\n <li>Familiarity with pharmacy automation and inventory systems. </li>\n <li>Unrestricted multiple state pharmacist licenses, a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and fulfillment workflows. </li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in verification and documentation. </li>\n <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams. </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and pharmacy management software</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to accept changing workflows and unexpected demands</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and appropriately prioritize responsibilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and develop collaborative working relationships</li>\n <li>Ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Location of job activities 100% inside</li>\n <li>Noise and/or vibrations exposure</li>\n <li>Reaching (overhead), handling, and feeling</li>\n <li>Stand and sit for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p>#INKMW</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The expected base pay range for this position is $145K per year. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule.
