We help eCommerce businesses deliver smarter search, navigation, and merchandising — driving 30%+ conversion lift. We’re growing fast and building out our go-to-market engine with the same technical ambition we bring to our product. Your mission We’re looking for a  GTM Engineer — a hands-on builder who owns the technical backbone of our outbound and marketing automation stack. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations to translate commercial priorities into live, automated workflows. This is not a strategy role — you build and ship systems. What You’ll Do Design, build, and operate end-to-end automated outbound sequences (prospecting → enrichment → personalization → multi-channel delivery) Set up and maintain workflow automations using tools like Clay and n8n Implement AI-native tooling (LLM APIs, agentic workflows) for content generation, data processing, and outreach personalization Create scalable video personalization workflows using platforms like Synthesia or HeyGen Own tool selection, integration configuration, and troubleshooting across the MarTech stack Collaborate with commercial leadership to turn briefs into running systems — fast Your profile 2–3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing/Revenue Ops, or MarTech implementation Proven hands-on experience with Clay (or similar) — building automated enrichment, scoring, and outreach workflows Strong workflow automation skills (n8n, Zapier, or comparable) Working experience with LLM-based automation (Claude API, OpenAI API, or similar) Experience with AI video personalization tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, or equivalent) Technical implementation ownership — you set up tools yourself, not write tickets Fluent English; German is a plus Bonus Points CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) Enrichment & intent platforms (ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clearbit, Cognism) ABM or CDP platforms (Demandbase, Braze, Segment) THE JOY OF WORKING WITH US A high-impact role shaping how FactFinder goes to market Modern, AI-native tech stack — build with the latest tools A collaborative team that values execution over decks
