Tom&rsquo;s Watch Bar&rsquo;s central oversized &ldquo;stadium&rdquo; screen, surrounded by hundreds of screens provides 360-degree viewing, making every seat at Tom&rsquo;s the best seat in the house. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Tom&rsquo;s Watch Bar is a fast-growing and exciting new restaurant and bar concept. They are looking for an executive to lead their accounting and control functions as they begin a significant ramp up of the brand and new locations. They currently have 8 locations and are planning to add 6 in 2023 and similar in 2024 and beyond. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Please visit: &nbsp; https://tomswatchbar.com/</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Keep all bar/lounge equipment and supplies at the proper level throughout all hours of operation in order to ensure proper service to all guests.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that all bar areas are set up properly for lounge opening.</li><li>Maintain the bar and lounge areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times.</li><li>Assist bartenders in constantly checking the bar for condition of cocktail napkins, empty glasses, cleanliness, etc.</li><li>Replenish ice as needed/requested.</li><li>Ensure all bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout shift.</li><li>Operate glasswashers as necessary, putting clean glassware in its place, checking often to ensure that there is enough on hand.</li><li>Sweep and mop all bar areas at the end of every shift, removing, cleaning, and replacing matting each time.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous restaurant experience</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to communicate with bar staff</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><ul><li>Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting -up to 35 lbs. required.</li><li>Ability to identify proper solutions.</li><li>Repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs. -cases of liquor, glasses, trash cans, mopping and sweeping.
