The Senior Project Manager will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating and maintaining the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Open to internal and external candidates.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will oversee and direct the Project Manager Team responsible for the Mission Information Services Branches (Business Systems, Cybersecurity, Digital Enterprise, Infrastructure, and Instrumentation, Data & Controls) projects/portfolios. To accomplish this task, the Senior Project Manager is required to have a working knowledge of and capability with the following job duties.</p>\n<p><u>              </u></p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for strategic portfolio/project leadership of multidisciplinary projects including capital improvement, maintenance, overhead, and test projects.</li>\n <li>Responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising project teams, including hiring, training, making assignments, and professional development. Supervisory duties also include timecard approvals and performance evaluations.</li>\n <li>Responsible for overseeing portfolio/project budget and resource management to include planning budgets, tracking expenditures, and performing Earned Value Management to meet portfolio/project commitments.</li>\n <li>Responsible for overseeing portfolio/project risks, issues, and conflict mitigation.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring portfolio/project deliverables meet cost, environmental, performance, safety, schedule, security, and quality standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.  </li>\n <li>Responsible for establishing and maintaining an active and collaborative relationship with team and stakeholders through effective verbal and written communications. Communication will include providing portfolio/project updates to the government and company senior leadership. </li>\n <li>Responsible for serving as project manager when required.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring company policies, procedures, and initiatives are followed. It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required to meet contractual and company requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited university and a minimum of ten (10) years progressive and relevant experience in an engineering or related technical field or a minimum of sixteen (16) years of progressive and relevant experience in lieu of degree. Additional relevant education can be substituted for overall experience.</li>\n <li>Must possess skills in managing project teams.</li>\n <li>Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access the AEDC local area network.</li>\n <li>Current U. S.
