    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>We are looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented specialist with a heart-deep commitment to success to be a part of our company!</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>IGAMINGHUNT  is a dynamic consulting company focused on high-risk industry, primarily iGaming.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>We help companies achieve long-term growth worldwide.</span><br>Our company <span>welcomes talented professionals to join our challenging and dynamic team!</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The position can be remote or on-site in one of the two locations - Valencia, Spain or Limassol, Cyprus. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Requirements:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience working as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT) for 2+ years.</span></li>\n<li>Understanding of the iGaming industry <em>(previous experience in iGaming industry would be considered a plus)</em></li>\n<li><span>Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Excellent networking skills and strong skills in presentation, negotiation.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Languages proficiency:</span> English - at least Upper-Intermediate level,</span><span> Ukrainian/Russian - fluent/native level.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Participate in the full lifecycle of recruiting process including prescreening candidates, reviewing profiles and assessing applications, interviewing, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Research job boards for qualified candidates in the iGaming and IT field.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed salary + bonus system.</li>\n<li>7 hours working schedule (or 3 extra days off per month).</li>\n<li>Office work format with an opportunity to work remotely (Spain/Cyprus).<br></li>\n<li>20 days of paid vacation.</li>\n<li>Learning &amp; Development events.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us: <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Imagine that you’ve created a company of your own.
