Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li>Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years</li>\n <li>Cannot have a drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days during a defined season. They must experience a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or regular employee.</li>\n <li>Must live within a 45 minute radius to RDU Airport</li>\n</ul>",
