Preferred experience with Mazak Variaxis Machines (Vertical mill with turning capabilities), Mazak Integrex (Mill turn machine) and Mazatrol Control experience. Mazak Palletech System experience a plus and Muratec CNC machines with Fanuc controls experience a plus.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Maintenance and Technician assistance for CNC Machine tool issues, including part acquisition and ordering and current production process issues.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Data-driven: through compiling and analysis.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Detailed documentation creation capabilities ie: Work Instruction, Quality Information System documents-(Engineering Change Requests, Material Inspection Reports, Process Change Requests, and Kaizen documenting and reporting).</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Perform PFMEA reviews, Safety Audits, and Layer Process Audits monthly for assigned areas.</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical troubleshooting across CNC equipment (Mazatrol controls)</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Team oriented with cross functional department cooperation(Design, Controls, Maintenance, Management, Quality, Logistics, HR, IT, Purchasing).
