This role is pivotal in ensuring asset value, compliance, and operational excellence across the assigned portfolio.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Asset Performance &amp; Operations:</strong></li></ol></div><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Owns monthly and quarterly property performance, including P&amp;L review, occupancy, rent variance, and utility trends.</li><li>Develops and implements action plans to address variances and ensure properties meet or exceed underwritten expectations.</li></ul></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol start=\"2\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compliance &amp;
