These positions are based out of our York, PA office, with work primarily in the State College PA area. Initial training will take place in York.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in their trade and a solid understanding of underground utility work, including trenching and pipeline safety. font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>PIPE FOREMAN</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Minimum of 2 years experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 4 to 6 individuals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Supervise the installation of new pipes in trench for natural gas pipelines and service lines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Job Site Hazard Recognition and Safety Compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Equipment Maintenance and Operation as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties as required.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
