We are responsible for the full lifecycle of user access, including <b>automated Day 1 provisioning</b>, <b>last-day de-provisioning</b>, and <b>transfer-related access adjustments</b>. Additionally, we manage <b>Access Recertification</b>, <b>Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)</b>, <b>Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)</b>, and <b>Privileged Access Management (PAM)</b>.</span></p>\n<p><span>As a <b>Software Engineer</b>, you will design, develop, and integrate solutions that enable secure and efficient access management across the enterprise. You will work on implementing <b>risk-based automated access management</b>, <b>policy-based authorization</b>, and enhancing RBAC capabilities, including <b>birthright roles</b>. This role involves software development, testing, and providing <b>Level 3 support</b> for IAM products.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Design, develop, and integrate custom IAM services that support RBAC, PBAC, PAM, and automated access management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Build and enhance risk-based access automation and policy-based authorization frameworks.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop and optimize role-based access capabilities, including birthright access provisioning.</span></li>\n <li><span>Write clean, testable code and participate in unit, integration, and regression testing for IAM components.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide Level 3 engineering support, performing root-cause analysis and resolving complex IAM issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to continuous improvement of identity services, automation, and engineering best practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. &nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<b>Talent needed for success</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>6–8&amp;#43; years of software engineering experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong programming skills in <b>Java, Python, and database development</b> (SQL/NoSQL).</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience building or integrating solutions in IAM, identity governance, or security engineering environments.</span></li>\n <li><span>Solid understanding of RBAC, PBAC, authorization models, and identity lifecycle management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with scripting and automation for workflow orchestration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Preferred Skills</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Exposure to risk-based access frameworks and adaptive policy enforcement.</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding of access recertification, entitlement management, and identity compliance.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, API development, or cloud identity services.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
