The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s corporate marketing and branding initiatives, including print and digital publications, social media, portfolio-wide event programs that showcase new development condominium properties, and — critically — new business development. The Marketing Manager will play a central role in a team working to aggressively grow Corcoran Sunshine’s market share and to increase awareness of the company as an industry leader in new markets. This is an in-office role based in New York City.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: 107%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 107%;\"><strong>Corporate Marketing</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Own and advance corporate marketing initiatives under the direction of the VP of Communications, with support from the Marketing Specialist;
