    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Intelligence Management Specialist</strong> to join our team at <strong>Hurlburt Field</strong>, supporting the <strong>ACC / A2</strong>. The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role in <strong>mission support management</strong>, <strong>intelligence planning</strong>, and <strong>operational coordination</strong> to ensure the success of ACC/A2 participation in <strong>intelligence exercises.</strong>  This position requires expertise in intelligence management, operational planning, and the ability to integrate intelligence processes into exercise mission objectives effectively. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide <strong>mission support management</strong> to ensure the effective execution of intelligence exercises.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement <strong>intelligence management processes</strong> to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide exercise planning and technical support to exercise, training, test, and readiness events on a scheduled and an ad hoc basis. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical support, assistance, and advice on intelligence exercise matters at the Service, Joint, and IC levels. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify, evaluate, and integrate applicable DoD, Service, and IC doctrine, TTPs into Wing and subordinate unit exercise development and training. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with AGILE FLAG players (USAFWC, ACC, 4 FW, 505 CTS) to develop exercise scenario for agile combat employment lead wing exercise/certification event. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain proficiency in intelligence tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel required 15% </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience </strong>Level: Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with PhD</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>mission support management</strong>, <strong>intelligence planning</strong>, and operational-level intelligence coordination. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of exercise planning, intelligence collection processes and requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as member of <strong>ACC/A2</strong>or similar military organization.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>mission support management</strong> and operational-level intelligence planning. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Hurlburt Field, FL</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC </p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
