Description Part-time team members who meet the requirements are eligible for: State Applicable Time Off Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Program with Employer Match Employee Assistance Program TAO Savings Marketplace Employee Discounts and much more! Preparation of Food and Beverage for guests. Interacts with the restaurant guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Provide warm hospitality to all guests. Provide prompt, efficient and timely customer service within a fast-paced environment, with speed and precision being a top priority Take accurate orders from guests in the queue. Prepare and serve food and beverage items. Present bills for payment and process transactions Have an in-depth knowledge of the ingredients and how to serve the food and beverage items, to enable you to answer guests’ and coworkers’ questions with confidence Perform opening, closing and running side work daily Clean & sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and workstations as necessary or on a schedule set by management Organize Food and Beverage display and counter areas to standard and restock all items to meet minimum stocking levels Work as a team with other Concessions Attendants, Server Assistants and Food Runners to provide the best service Transportation of equipment using hand trucks, dollies, or other moving equipment Load and unload equipment to designated areas as required Navigate equipment through tight spaces and around obstacles safely Assist in the setup and installation of equipment to follow destination layouts Follow specific instructions for proper placement and configuration Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Concession and Bar Attendant training EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 1 year customer service experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience required Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge SKILLS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT / SCHEDULE The work environment characteristics and/or physical demands described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
