    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Functions of Position:</p><p> Promotes good public relations for the nursing department/hospital.</p><p> Provides for patient privacy at all times.</p><p> Assists in admissions, transfers, and discharges. Collects and documents patient admission data correctly. Secures disposition of patient belongings.</p><p> Competently performs core and unit specific clinical skills.</p><p> Knowledgeable of proper and safe use of patient care equipment.</p><p> Lead prescribed individual or group therapy sessions.</p><p> Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.</p><p> Ability to communicate and interact with students, faculty and/or staff in a team environment.</p><p> Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.</p><p> Ability to observe, assess, and record vital signs, symptoms, reactions, and progress.</p><p> Ability to provide therapeutic patient care to mentally, emotionally, and/or developmentally disabled individuals.</p><p> Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.</p><p> Ability to assess and provide for the day-to-day needs of mentally, emotionally and/or developmentally disabled patients.</p><p> Ability to safely lift and physically manipulate patients.</p><p> Skill in preparing and maintaining patient records/charts.</p><p> Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories.</p><p> Aid in basic patient care such as eating, bathing, dressing and teaching and encouraging basic hygiene and other daily living skills while observing patient progress to identify the need f or additional services or changes in current treatment.</p><p> Provide behavioral health emergency assistance, such as verbal de-escalation, seclusion or patient restraint as well as recognize and report homicidal or suicidal comments or behaviors.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p> BLS training, SECURE training</p><p> Previous Certified Nurse Assistant/Nurse Assistant experience required.</p><p>Working Conditions:</p><p> Will work in close contact with patients who have moderate to severe psychiatric concerns and/or behavioral issues. There is possible exposure to violent behavior from patients and/or infectious diseases as a part of their daily duties.</p></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Nights",
