font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The team member will be expected to:</span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-decoration: underline\">Infant Age Group:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Provide nurturing behaviors to the infants: picking them up, holding, and rocking throughout the day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Read stories to the infants daily while holding them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Feed the infants while holding them or 1-1 in a high chair.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Talk to the infants while feeding and diapering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Play with the infant on the floor for a portion of the day</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Provide learning aids to the infant and talk about them with the infant</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Encourage the infant to sit, roll over, scoot, crawl, stand, and walk following developmental guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Practice appropriate sanitary practices: always washing own hands &amp; infant’s hands</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-decoration: underline\">Toddler Age Group:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Read to the children in small groups or individually daily</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Practice appropriate sanitary practices: always washing a child’s hands after assisting the child in using the bathroom/diapering and assisting the child in washing his hands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Talk to children while eating with them or feeding them</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Assist children in becoming more independent in areas such as dressing and eating</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Engage children in games promoting language and gross motor skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Introduce children to drawing and play activities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #333333;
