In this role, you&nbsp;will be responsible for reviewing the construction work plans and regular reporting on compliance and environmental permitting requirements.</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n We are working as the Delivery Partner along with team members and selected by the Gateway Development Commission to deliver this transformative project. The HTP is a critical component of the broader Gateway Program <strong>— one of the most ambitious and impactful transportation initiatives in the nation</strong> — and is designed to strengthen mobility, enhance resiliency, and ensure the long-term reliability of the Northeast Corridor.\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n The project encompasses the construction of a new, two-track rail tunnel beneath the Hudson River, along with the full rehabilitation of the existing 113-year-old North River Tunnel. As part of this high-performing, multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver excellence on one of the most technically complex and high-profile projects in the world.\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n If you're seeking to make a meaningful, lasting impact — while advancing your career alongside some of the best minds in the industry — <strong>this is your moment</strong>.\n</div>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp;IT Strategy &amp; Roadmap Governance: Maintain and continuously update the multi-year IT roadmap across applications, infrastructure, data, and security.</li>\n <li>Architecture Alignment &amp; Governance: Ensure initiatives align with enterprise architecture standards and target-state designs.</li>\n <li>Network &amp; Architecture Documentation: Maintain enterprise network diagrams covering on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.</li>\n <li>Strategic Plan Execution &amp; Delivery Tracking: Track delivery of strategic initiatives and maintain dashboards of progress, risks, and dependencies.</li>\n <li>Tactical Decision Alignment: Inventory prior tactical decisions and assess alignment with target architecture and security standards.</li>\n <li>Project &amp; Portfolio Management: Manage roadmap-aligned projects including scope, schedule, and risks and maintain project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, status reports).</li>\n <li>Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and provide executive communications and updates.</li>\n <li>Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement: Support governance processes and improve roadmap and reporting practices.</li>\n <li>IT Steering Committee Governance &amp; Administration: Coordinate and administer the IT Steering Committee (or equivalent governance forum) to support decision-making on IT strategy, roadmap priorities, and major technology investments.<br>\n   &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Required Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li>\n <li>7+ years of relevant IT project or strategy experience.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud (Azure preferred), networking, and cybersecurity.</li>\n <li>Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Public sector or large-scale infrastructure experience.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework).</li>\n <li>PMP or similar certification.</li>\n <li>Experience with architecture diagrams/tools (Visio, Lucidchart).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic thinking</li>\n <li>Project and portfolio management</li>\n <li>Stakeholder engagement</li>\n <li>Analytical problem solving</li>\n <li>Communication and reporting</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
