The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of apartment and townhome communities. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician must ensure the proper operation of all appliances, heating and cooling units, and light fixtures.</p><p>People that are successful in this position have:</p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience.</li><li>Previous remodeling or construction experience.</li><li>Ability to take direction from others and work as a team.</li><li>Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to work independently while staying on task.</li><li>A drive to be successful.</li><li>Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.</li><li>Must be punctual and reliable.</li></ul><p>We E-verify!!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary Description</strong></p><p>$19.00 - 20.00 per hour</p>",
