Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, governance coordination, and issue/risk management, supporting consistent execution of enterprise growth and retention initiatives across health plans.</span><br><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:6pt\"><span><b>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to manage multiple complex, challenging projects simultaneously). Deep understanding of multiple projects and relationships between projects.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Supports recurring governance forums (e.g., performance reviews, planning sessions, pilot tracking) by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on actions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Expert knowledge of methods and techniques involved in project management initiatives.
