The HERE Corporate Strategy team works closely with C-suite executive and functional leaders on strategy development. Our key efforts include:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead key strategic projects to identify growth opportunities or address competitive threats and support decision making for C-suite and the Board</li>\n <li>Develop corporate strategy to support capital allocation for revenue growth and maximizing company valuation </li>\n <li>Identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships that can support or extend HERE’s strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Role:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HERE is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to play a key role in developing HERE's strategy. Your main responsibilities will be: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead strategy projects and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product and Finance teams </li>\n <li>Develop and present strategic insights and findings to C-suite executives for decision making </li>\n <li>Create alignment on strategic recommendations and shape the path to execution </li>\n <li>Structure complex problems, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who are you?</h2>\n<p>You have passion for Technology, experience with developing long-term corporate strategy and enjoy solving complex business problems </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimal 4 years work experience of which:\n  <ul>\n   <li>1-2 years at a Management Consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain), or </li>\n   <li>3-4 years at Technology Consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte), or</li>\n   <li>4+ years in Corporate Strategy role in Technology sector</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>MBA from a top tier university</li>\n <li>Ability to work highly independent with regular engagement and direction from senior leaders in the company </li>\n <li>Ability to synthesize solutions based on thoughtful analysis (both quantitatively and qualitatively) </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis to support strategy decision making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What do you get?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An opportunity to work with exceptional people</li>\n <li>Collaborative, supportive colleagues in an inclusive environment</li>\n <li>Meaningful problems to solve</li>\n <li>Freedom to decide how to perform your job</li>\n <li>Variety in the types of projects</li>\n <li>Salary range: $150,000 - $160,000 (Gross Yearly)</li>\n <li>Hybrid position - Chicago Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HERE is an equal opportunity employer.
