This involves improving operating efficiency, reducing costs, identifying unfavorable trends, and taking corrective action.</li><li><!--block-->Prepares daily management reports and reports required metrics on a timely basis.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Manage day-to-day inside sales operations supporting oil &amp; gas customers</li><li><!--block-->Ensure accurate order entry, pricing, and customer satisfaction</li><li><!--block-->Set clear performance expectations focused on execution, accuracy, and responsiveness</li><li><!--block-->Serve as escalation point for inventory shortages, service issues, and order discrepancies</li><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Coordinate with purchasing to manage stock levels, critical items, and long-lead products</li><li><!--block-->Conduct objective evaluation of employee performance through regular performance reviews and provide training and direction to employees.</li><li><!--block-->Foster positive working relationships across functional areas.
