This entry-level role focuses on basic payment posting tasks, entry-level training, and participating as a rotational team member to build a well-rounded understanding of AR operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties and responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform basic payment posting tasks across approved payment channels under direct supervision.</li>\n <li>Support the AR team with foundational administrative and operational tasks as directed.</li>\n <li>Participate in entry-level training and team rotational assignments to develop AR knowledge and skills.</li>\n <li>Adhere to documented processes, controls, and operational timelines.</li>\n <li>Assist team members with routine tasks and data entry as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.</li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Highschool diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>0-1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field; recent graduates welcome.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li>\n <li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).</li>\n <li>Ability to follow documented procedures and work effectively within a team environment.</li>\n</ul>",
