WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
Communicating logistical changes and installation issues .
Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
1+ years of Customer Service Experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
High school diploma
