WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON 1+ years of Customer Service Experience Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
