Change Control</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain controlled documents, records, and training documentation within the QMS.</li>\n<li>Support document revisions, change requests, and record updates.</li>\n<li>Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with quality system requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CAPA &amp; Nonconformance Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.</li>\n<li>Track CAPA progress and verify completion and effectiveness under supervision.</li>\n<li>Assist with investigation and documentation of nonconformances and deviations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Coordination </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with coordination of assigned, limited-scope projects related to quality, manufacturing, or compliance.</li>\n<li>Track action items, timelines, and deliverables for assigned initiatives.</li>\n<li>Prepare status updates and communicate progress or risks to project owners or functional leads.</li>\n<li>Support handoff and knowledge transfer activities as part of transition planning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are followed.</li>\n<li>Support quality-related activities for product development and manufacturing operations.</li>\n<li>Provide routine status updates on assigned tasks and projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Metrics &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and organize quality system metrics and project tracking data.</li>\n<li>Maintain logs, trackers, and reports for audits, CAPAs, training, and assigned projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> S. in chemistry, chemical or mechanical engineering</li>\n<li>6–10 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing, engineering, or quality environment.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting ISO 9001 quality systems.</li>\n<li>Prior exposure to project or program coordination in a technical environment is preferred.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of quality systems, audits, documentation control, and CAPA.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and regulated environments.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and tracking skills.</li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable executing assigned work under direction.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and limited-scope projects simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a strong follow-through mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Other Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Citizenship:</span> RASIRC does not assume the responsibility to sponsor employees; this job requires US citizenship or a Permanent Resident Certificate (Green Card).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.</li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to work in environments that require frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.</li>\n<li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
