This purpose of this role is to complete maintenance, modification, construction, and inspection of all resort electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment.</p><ul><li><p>Maintaining compliance with all electrical codes (ESA) and setting a resort standard for workmanship.</p></li><li><p>Meeting and monitoring third party contractors within the electrical trade.</p></li><li><p>Performing work on the facilities to include inspections, preventive maintenance schedule, construction, and repair of electrical components as per electrical codes. </p></li><li><p>Conducting inspections as per governmental and insurance requirements, manufacturer’s recommendations and BMR electrical procedures. </p></li><li><p>Collaborating with resort leaders on the changing conditions or occurrences which may adversely affect the electrical standards, employees, or guests. </p></li><li><p>Assisting, directing, and inspecting the work of Apprentice Electricians as required. </p></li><li><p>Performing additional Lift Mechanic duties as part of the Lift Maintenance team</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?</b></p><ul><li><p>Must hold a valid Electrical License for duration of employment (309A preferred).</p></li><li><p>Eligible to enroll TSSA Certified – Ski Lift Mechanic-In-Training (SLM-T)</p></li><li><p>Requires practical knowledge specific to their job area</p></li><li><p>requires post secondary education or equivalent experience of 2 or more years.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>*This role is being posted to fill a vacant position*</i></b></p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW</b></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario’s largest mountain resort.
