    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Residential Sales Executive (Telecommunications)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cal-Ore Communications | Northern California</span></p>\n<p>Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Northern California service areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect and sell to new and existing residential customers (door-to-door and outbound)</li>\n<li>Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions</li>\n<li>Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce</li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver proposals (in-person and virtual)</li>\n<li>Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas</li>\n<li>Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum &amp; Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–3 years of sales experience (telecom preferred)</li>\n<li>Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline</li>\n<li>CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 total annual earnings (OTE) including base salary plus commission</li>\n<li>Base Salary: $36,000 – $48,000 (DOE)</li>\n<li>Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with significant upside</li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply with a resume demonstrating sales success and relevant experience.</span></p>",
