Field Precon  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform field verification and execution plan for each project. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform a pre-site survey to check fiber placement, vaults, and handholes. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure work zones are properly marked, and safety measures (traffic control, PPE) are in place. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Confirm access to splice locations, buildings, or aerial lines. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate job expectations with the splice team. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">2. Operational Execution  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performs direct splicing fiber fieldwork, directly involved in the splicing and testing of fiber projects.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manages and works alongside Fiber Technicians to ensure projects are on time and on budget. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identifies and resolves splicing-related inefficiencies to maximize performance and workflow. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Optimizes team abilities, resources, and processes to improve operational performance. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Facilitates smooth project and team transitions through effective change management strategies. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">3. Performance Leadership of Direct Reports  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create, track, and review performance objectives of direct reports. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Guides direct reports in embodying Backbone’s mission, vision, and core values. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensures the team lifecycle from hiring through transitions, ensuring seamless progression.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Promotes and ensures a strong safety culture within and through direct reports.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">4. Field Documentation  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversees project productivity through accurate documentation, resource allocation, and coaching. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Documents and inputs accurate data for reporting, invoicing, and workflow efficiency. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Accurately track daily time and field documentation. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5.
