Jefferson, LA 70121.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible for diagnosing problems and performing standard mechanical repairs on customer’s compressors, generators, and related rental equipment at the customer’s place of business.  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and order parts necessary to complete repairs and routine maintenance. </li>\n <li>Perform standard repairs on compressors, generators, and related rental equipment; replace parts and equipment as necessary.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance and setup of rental equipment according to established guidelines and schedules. </li>\n <li>Complete all work orders and time sheets in a legible, accurate and timely manner. </li>\n <li>Adhere to LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) protocol.  </li>\n <li>Plan and organize yard and field schedule and work method to complete assigned jobs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.   </li>\n <li>Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose standard problems with all brands of compressors, generators, and related rental equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</li>\n <li>The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.</li>\n <li>The trait of being comfortable in making decisions for oneself.</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.</li>\n <li>Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.</li>\n <li>Will need to be willing to learn how to repair all brands of compressors and generators.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two to four years related experience. </li>\n <li>Electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge required.</li>\n <li>Must provide own tools to perform required job assignments.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License and CDL Required.</li>\n <li>Will be required to obtain a valid medical card.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Computer Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer navigation and utilization skills required.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates & Licenses</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Compressor and generator manufacturer’s certifications a plus, such as Atlas Copco and MQ</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Activities & Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception)</li>\n <li>Sense of Smell</li>\n <li>Sense of Touch</li>\n <li>Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the position, location, and/or customer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work at various customers' place of business outside and/or in a shop environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. </p>",
