          "text": "<p>DCS Asset Maintenance (DCSAM) is looking for reliable non-CDL Drivers to help keep Virginia roads clear and safe during winter weather. <strong>This position is on an on-call basis and will only be needed during periods of inclement winter weather</strong></p><p><em><strong>Now hiring for the 2026 winter season.</strong></em></p><p><em><strong>LOT LOCATION: Thornburg, Virginia.&#xa0;</strong></em></p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Operate snowplow trucks safely and responsibly during winter storms.</li><li>Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules.</li><li>Do pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues right away.</li><li>Communicate with your Route Manager or Dispatch about any unsafe situations or service needs.</li><li>Take part in required safety meetings and training sessions.</li><li>Help other drivers or routes when needed.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u>EDUCATION:</u></p><p>High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.</p><p><u>EXPERIENCE:</u></p><ul><li>Must be 18 or older.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Have a valid Driver’s License.</strong></li><li>Pass a DOT drug screen, and MVR review.</li><li>Have a clean driving record — no serious violations or multiple accidents within the past 5 years.</li><li>Be willing to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of the event (hotel, travel time, and per diem paid by DCS).</li><li>Prior snowplow experience is helpful but not required.</li><li>Must attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts.</li><li><strong>Work is needed, depending on winter weather events determined by VDOT.</strong></li></ul>",
