          "text": "<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </p><p>\n - Make patients comfortable and prepare them for treatment. </p><p>\n - Record, obtain, and review dental history and/or records from patient. </p><p>\n - Prepare treatment rooms, tray setups for dental procedures.</p><p>\n - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. </p><p>\n - Assist with banding, bonding, simple and complex adjustments</p><p>- Prepare materials for making impressions</p><p>\n - Assist the Orthodontist &#xa0;cduring examinations and treatment procedures. </p><p>\n - Expose radiographs, and process dental x-ray film as directed by the Orthodontist</p><p>\n - Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care. </p><p>\n - Actively participate as a contributing member of the&#xa0;ortho team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals. </p><p>\n - Comply with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines. </p><p>\n - Perform other duties as assigned. \n<br></p>",
