font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Manage the complete project lifecycle from initial client contact to database updates to final review after completion. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Ensure that all milestone stages are completed and reviewed for quality.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Adhere to applicable policies and standard operating procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Answer client queries thoroughly via chats, phone calls, and emails on time.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Understand client needs and use a result-driven approach to expedite communication. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients as well as establish and preserve excellent relationships with freelancers globally</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Report activity and actively communicate with peers.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Handle freelancers’ queries and negotiate their rates as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Conduct screening of freelancers to be used in projects and ensure their understanding and application of DT policies and procedures, as well as the adherence to quality standards.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Translations, or any relevant field is preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Experience in interpreting project management, business administration, and customer service, or a similar role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1) and fluency in a foreign language</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Ability to handle changing requests in a day-to-day environment</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 16px\">-Strong decision making, organizational skills, problem solving, attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and multitask</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68);
