    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB TITLE</span></p>\n<p>Residential Home Lead</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB OVERVIEW</span></p>\n<p>We are currently seeking multiple dedicated Residential Home Leads to oversee the daily operations of our residential homes supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and trauma-related needs. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, structured, and caring home environment while providing strong leadership to staff. You will play a key role in supporting residents’ personal growth, independence, and overall well-being through consistent guidance, collaboration, and compassionate care.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILTIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, supervise, and support residential staff (scheduling, coaching, training)</li>\n<li>Foster a trauma informed, person-centered environment</li>\n<li>Support residents’ daily routines, skill development, and independence</li>\n<li>Oversee medical coordination and individualized support plans</li>\n<li>Respond to crises using appropriate intervention strategies</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with policies, documentation, and safety standards</li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships with families and external partners</li>\n<li>Oversee household operations and team meetings</li>\n<li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education in Social Work, Psychology, Child and Youth Care, or related field</li>\n<li>Experience in residential or similar care settings</li>\n<li>Leadership experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills</li>\n<li>Valid First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n<li>Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMPLOYMENT TYPE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-Time</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you’re a compassionate leader committed to making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.</p>",
