We believe that the technical aspect of your role is essential, and we will provide a great deal of onsite training in this area. Your professional demeanor and attitude also play a tremendous part in the fit that you will be on the team. We are looking for a team member who can work within the team and take initiative independently of direct supervision. This is a full-time position with available overtime.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><em>Duties/Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Install water treatment systems:</span> Install the filters and equipment required to provide usable, safe water in our customer’s homes.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer communication:</span> Explain the water treatment system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Routine Service:</span> Replace filters, service equipment, refill treatment products, and confirm that equipment is treating the water as required.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Troubleshooting and problem-solving:</span> Identify and resolve any issues during installation and service appointments.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate with team:</span> Work closely with customer service representatives, sales team members and other technicians.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adhere to safety protocols:</span> Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear as required, and comply with company safety standards while driving company vehicles.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented and organized.</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to follow directions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to problem solve.</span></li>\n<li><span>Professional demeanor and helpful attitude.</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
