Your work will support multidisciplinary engineering teams as you help deliver infrastructure projects that improve how people live, move, and connect. This role includes a balanced mix of office design work, field exposure, and collaboration with subject matter experts who champion your growth.</p><p>You’ll be part of a supportive team that values innovation, mentorship, and the power of diverse thinking.</p><hr><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Create accurate and detailed <strong>AutoCAD Civil 3D</strong> drawings and 3D models for municipal and land development projects.</li><li>Prepare technical specifications, quantity summaries, and cost estimates for tender and construction.</li><li>Complete field inspections to verify design intent, quality, and construction progress.</li><li>Perform topographic surveys using up‑to‑date field equipment.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and technologists to ensure project alignment.</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, standards, and municipal requirements with support from experienced team members.</li><li>Assist with proposals, contract administration, and project documentation as needed.</li><li>Contribute to multidisciplinary project coordination that supports public and private sector clients.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Completion of a <strong>three‑year Civil Engineering Technology</strong> diploma (or equivalent).</li><li>Eligibility or interest in pursuing the <strong>Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.)</strong> designation.</li><li>0–5 years of experience using <strong>AutoCAD Civil 3D</strong> in municipal or land development design.</li><li>Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical requirements.</li><li>Interest in developing knowledge of <strong>OPSS</strong>/<strong>OPSD</strong> and municipal engineering practices.</li><li>Curiosity and adaptability in both office and field environments.</li><li>Valid Ontario driver’s licence.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Why Choose WSP?</strong></p><p>We exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
