These staff members are responsible for participating in the creation of a welcoming, helpful, and safe environment where individuals and families can learn, grow, and thrive. Oversees the daily use of the fitness center and equipment by members, guests, and visitors; ensures safe, professional, and enjoyable operation of the fitness area; ensures the safety, cleanliness and proper maintenance of the fitness facility and equipment; opens and/or closes the gym and basic set up for events on a daily basis</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Duty 1.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Provides Excellent Customer Service and Experience to Members, Guests, and Colleagues</span></li>\r\n\t<li>Duty 2.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Operates the POS System</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li>Duty 3.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Maintains Knowledge Necessary to be Proficient </span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li>Duty 4.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Performs other duties as required</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\"><strong>Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Ability to meet attendance requirements.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Ability to read, write and communicate the English language</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"color:black\"><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Ability to demonstrate good physical condition and effort associated with walking, running, standing, and moderate-to-advanced weight lifting in a fitness center environment including the ability to meet the demands of the gymnasium and athletic field programs.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt\">Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25-50 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment.
