Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned.  You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Base Pay:</strong>  $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Approach/engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs</p>\n<p>· Door-to-door residential appointment setting</p>\n<p>· Maintain company standards for appearance and attire</p>\n<p>· Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace</p>\n<p>· Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions</p>\n<p>· Consistent reliability and availability</p>\n<p>· Display professional time management</p>\n<p>· Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team</p>\n<p>· Assist with booth setup and breakdown</p>\n<p>· Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts</p>\n<p>· Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required</p>\n<p>· Self-motivated and competitive spirit</p>\n<p>· Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement</p>\n<p>· Excellent written and verbal communication</p>\n<p>· Clean driving record and reliable transportation</p>\n<p>· Must be able to work weekends</p>\n<p>· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently</p>\n<p>· Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours</p>\n<p>· Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours</p>\n<p>· Willing to travel 10%</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re ready to take on a dynamic role that allows you to engage with clients and promote top-quality products, we encourage you to apply for the Field Marketer position. High performing individuals have a potential to earn between <strong>$15-$19 an hour</strong>, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between <strong>$750 - $1500/week</strong> and above.
