Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will oversee a large and diverse team, drive operational excellence, manage departmental financial performance, and foster an environment in which colleagues are empowered to deliver memorable guest experiences.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Proven experience leading large-scale housekeeping and laundry operations in a luxury resort or internationally branded hotel.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, quality assurance programs, cleanliness audits, and luxury guest service standards.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
