This role is responsible for procedural scrub support in minimally invasive vascular and interventional procedures while maintaining sterile technique, assisting physicians, and ensuring efficient procedural workflow.</p><p>This position works closely with physicians, RNs, radiologic technologists, anesthesia providers, and operational leadership in a fast-paced procedural environment focused on patient safety, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare procedure rooms, sterile fields, instruments, supplies, and specialty equipment for vascular and interventional procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Scrub and assist physicians during vascular procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Anticipate physician needs during procedures and maintain procedural efficiency&nbsp;</li><li><u>Handle and prepare wires, catheters, balloons, stents, closure devices, embolization materials, and specialty procedural supplies&nbsp;</u></li><li>Assist with room turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent cases&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards at all times&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and specialty procedural equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Support compliance with AAAHC, OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and facility policies&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in emergency response situations and procedural patient safety initiatives</li></ul>",
