Your role includes:</li><li>Equipment management, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Material management and movement.</li><li>Managing optimal medication inventory levels.</li><li>Diligently reviewing and updating documentation.</li><li>Effective customer communication for building strong relationships.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Join us in this dynamic position and contribute to top-notch pharmacy services.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with standard operating procedures.</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.</li><li>Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.</li><li>Responsible for identifying / ordering medications to ensure medication inventories are at optimal levels.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and ordering consumable supplies required for the operation of the equipment.</li><li>Responsible for performing basic troubleshooting and standard maintenance of IV automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the IV TAC.</li><li>Complete fingertip and media fill sampling.</li><li>Maintain a high level of communication with pharmacy operations manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.</li><li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism, and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between Omnicell and customer to assist with customer concerns.</li><li>Conduct training and ensure completion of all required documents and compliance with all Pharmacy Services procedures and policies.</li><li>Maintain fiscal responsibility for work-related expenses, complete expense reports, adhere to corporate card procedures, per Omnicell travel policies.</li><li>Comply with reasonable procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility.</li><li>Maintain national certification and all state required credentialing.</li><li>Act as a resource or SME, for Omnicell team members, providing training and/or assistance either on site or remotely to ensure optimal workflow.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Specialized Knowledge / Skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Good organizational skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrate customer service skills.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work with mechanical equipment.</li><li>Working knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>A self-starter who is able to work independently and follow a detailed plan.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work well with customers and with employees at various levels.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.&nbsp;</li><li>Active National Pharmacy Technician Certificate: PTCB / CPhT / EXCPT.</li><li>Working knowledge of IV Compounding.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Knowledge and Skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>One&nbsp;year of IV Compounding experience.</li><li>Proficient in the use of PPE and hand hygiene techniques.</li><li>Working knowledge of sterile environment requirement.</li><li>Completed an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program.</li><li>Two years’ previous experience in hospital pharmacy automation.</li><li>Basic Troubleshooting Skills with automation devices.</li><li>Automation implementation experience.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Conditions</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Ability to travel out of state for training(s).</li><li><strong>Able to commute daily and work at this site: 10500 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45242</strong></li><li><strong>Able to work 2<sup>nd</sup> shift, Omnicell offers Shift Differential Policy</strong></li><li>8-to-10-hour shifts.</li><li>Hospital Pharmacy Environment.</li><li>Working hours may be outside of normal business hours based on business or project needs.</li><li>Capable of standing for several hours at a time.</li><li>Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.</li><li>Able to lift up to 35 lbs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Other:</strong></p><p>Selected candidates may be required to pass a math aptitude test.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Base compensation: Hourly ranges for this position are in the $23 to 25+/hour ranges.</p><p><i>Actual Compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-JC1</p><p>#LI-Cincinnati, OH</p><p>#LI-Ohio</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
