Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. BHTs work with clients daily to support them as they follow their individual treatment plan. Each of our clients are unique and therefore no day at The Willows will look the same. The Willows teaches many skills that BHTs use to guide our clients through the program every step of the way. This position involves direct patient care, assisting with clinical assessments, and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals. The technician is responsible for managing crisis situations effectively, ensuring patient safety, and facilitating therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals with serious emotional disturbances (SED).
