    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>REOPENED AS OF 06/16/2025</strong></p>\n<p><strong>WE COVER&nbsp;MAINE ATHLETIC TRAINING STATE LICENSING FEES &amp;&nbsp;MANDATORY CEU EDUCATION EXPENSES</strong></p>\n<p>University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) is seeking to hire an Athletic&nbsp;Trainer.&nbsp; The Athletic Trainer encompasses the clinical tasks routinely performed by athletic trainers which are organized according to the five domain areas established by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (I – Injury/illness prevention and wellness protection; II – Clinical evaluation and diagnosis; III – Immediate and emergency care; IV – Treatment and rehabilitation; V – Organizational and professional health and wellbeing).</p>\n<p>The selected candidate will provide athletic training coverage for the UMPI athletic teams during clinic hours, practices, and games.<br/><br/>This is a 12-month on-going position.
