This role is responsible for ensuring a well-structured, clean, and efficient warehouse while maintaining high inventory accuracy and system integrity in QAD. The ideal candidate is highly organized, disciplined, and focused on process execution and continuous improvement.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Take full responsibility for warehouse organization, layout, and material flow</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all materials are properly identified, stored, and easily accessible</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain high inventory accuracy through strict control processes and cycle counts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all transactions are accurately executed in QAD (receipts, moves, issues, shipments)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and enforce warehouse standards, including 5S and visual management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise daily activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and drive performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, space utilization, and order fulfillment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in warehouse processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train and develop team members on procedures, discipline, and system usage</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with planning, purchasing, and production to avoid material shortages</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5 years of warehouse experience with strong focus on organization and control</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with ERP systems; <strong>QAD experience strongly preferred</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational and warehouse layout management skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High attention to detail and discipline in execution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership and team accountability</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Problem-solving and process improvement mindset</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience implementing 5S or Lean practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>\n",
